Where people matter most

FREE support for the people of Hull

This year marks the 30th Anniversary of HCHfH serving the community of Hull. Its a great achievement to be marking 30 years of making a difference to people’s lives. We will be reflecting on what we have achieved in the past three decades and celebrating the difference HCHfH has made to our community.

We couldn’t have reached our 30th anniversary without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers, trustees and our amazing team, or the generosity and kindness of our our supporters and organisations we have worked closely with over the last three decades. We look forward to continue working with you all and celebrating our 30th Anniversary with you.

Home from Hospital (HCHfH) was established in 1994, originally to help those recovering at home after a hospital stay who have little or no support. Today HCHfH also offers services for families affected by a life limiting illness, carers, refugees and the lonely or isolated. The charity provides its services through the kindness of volunteers who give their time and care for free, but its work is recognised and supported by the NHS, LA and other care organisations with which we work very closely.

You can donate towards our work on our Just Giving Page.
