Free support for the people of Hull

Where people matter most

Hull Churches Home from Hospital (HCHfH) was established in 1994, originally to help those recovering at home after a hospital stay who have little or no support. Today HCHfH also offers services for families affected by cancer, carers and the lonely or isolated. The charity provides its services through the kindness of volunteers who give their time and care for free, but its work is recognised and supported by the NHS and other care organisations with which we work very closely.
