Privacy

We ask all clients using our services for written consent to provide services and we also seek consent to share information with others. We give all clients options on who and what we can share, including the explicit option to opt out.

Young people 16 and under

Where young people are receiving services, we will seek parental or a guardian’s consent.

We rely on the consent of our clients to share information and use this as a lawful basis to control and process information.

General Data Protection Regulation

We hold data and information securely. Clients have the right to know what information we hold on them and to have copies of it, and they may request changes/corrections/deletions. This is called a Subject Access Request.
