We work closely with a number of health and social care organisations at the local and national level, which recognise and support what we do. These organisations include:
We work closely with and are consulted by our partner organisations on aspects of forward planning and the response to need within the city, including winter planning and contingency planning.
We receive contracts or grants from our partner organisations towards the costs involved in providing specific services.
We are also supported financially by grants and donations from various charities, as well as from individuals.
The income from contracts and donations goes towards the salaries of paid staff, our running costs and the upkeep of our building on Lindsey Place in Hull. Our professional staff undertake assessments and draw up care plans. All our services are free, and delivered primarily by our wonderful army of volunteers.
